Made-to-order items

Each Krillion item is made for your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a different color, or an incorrectly selected size. Please use the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing fault, or is different from what you ordered, email support@krillion.io within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review the problem and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please contact us before sending anything back; a return is normally not needed for these issues.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production begins, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines how long the refund takes to appear.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
